Debbie Woodman
Manager/ Director
Debbie is the Manager, she has a BA Honours degree in childcare and education. Debbie has worked here since October 2005, she is also the designated Safeguarding officer.
Brenna Hughes
Deputy Manager, Senco & Director
Brenna is Deputy Manager and Senco. Brenna has been with us since June 2007. Brenna is also a Deputy safeguarding officer.

Level 3 Pratitioner/Learner's leader
Lisa is our Little Learner’s Room leader; she is also a key person. Lisa is a level 3 trained practitioner. Lisa has worked at little love lane since April 2007, she is also a deputy safeguarding officer.
Kelly Jones
Level 3 Practitioner/Acorn's leader
Kelly is our Little Acorn’s Room leader, she is NVQ Level 3 trained and a key person. Kelly has been with us since May 2012. Kelly is also a deputy safeguarding officer.
Tracy Dowden

Dreamer's Deputy Room leader
Tracy is NVQ Level 3 trained, she is a key person who predominantly works in our Little Dreamers Room. Tracy started with us in march 2005.
Lauren Parris

Lauren is NVQ Level 3 trained and predominantly works in the Little Bee’s room . Lauren is also a keyperson. Lauren started with us in September 2025.

Jemma is Little Star’s room leader. she NVQ Level 3 trained and a key person. Jemma started with us in May 2015.

Alex is an assistant based in little Bee’s, Alex started with us in September 2025. Alex is currently doing an apprenticeship with us.

Domi is NNEB Trained, she is a key person who works in Little Star’s. Domi started with us in April 2014.
Nicky Mather
Level 3 Practitioner
Nicky is NVQ Level 3 trained. Nicky works in all the rooms now taking care of all the housekeeping . Nicky started here in September 2001.

Kelly is NNEB Trained, she is a key person . Kelly is Room leader of the Dreamer’s. Kelly started with us in Jan 2019.
